On the Tables, off the DAW.

As of now,

DJ Harlock is off the DAW programs. FL Studio is retiring for now, along with my producer alias DJ Harlock.

My focus has now shifted to becoming primarily a Live/Broadcast DJ. In leu of this, I will once again pick up the alias, Yellow Andy, which has been my second of 3 Aliases (Cross666 being the obvious third and least favored, damn you Google.. )

Yes, I might still mistakenly refer to myself as DJ Harlock in my live mixes or use it as my attached performance name to broadcasts, but I am always DJ Harlock and the only TRUE DJ Harlock.

Please do not confuse me with un-related European DJ, FM Harlock (formerly known as DJ harlock as well until he realized I have been using the name since the beginning of the 21st Century... what a dipstick)... Nothing personal FM, just cover your hemisphere, I'll cover mine.

At any rate, if you want to hear your music mixed live or in a set, here's what I am accepting:

Drum N Bass
Dub Step
Electro
House
Dance / Trance
Hardstyle

Your song needs to have structure and needs to be longer than 3:00. No DJ is going to spin you if you can't comprehend fundamental sound structuring, including myself. This does not go to say that all music made here on Newgrounds is for spinning; the vast majority of it is dead-end WIP or loops made for Flash games. Having said that, there is a strong collection of producers here that CAN and DO use this as their hut for producing and putting out full-length tracks with impressive quality.

So, shoot me a message if you can meet the above criteria, and I'll get back to you with a time/date if I choose to mix-down your track, otherwise I might do a recorded live mix and shoot you a link for that.

Cheers,

DJ Harlock / Yellow Andy
